Set Goals and Objectives
Overview
Success starts with knowing what you're aiming for. Taking time now to determine what you're trying to accomplish will exponentially save you time on each step you take toward launching your site. Everything you do should be measured against these goals and objectives.
Since they're the ones that set the overall vision and direction, be sure to include your organization's leadership in this process--even if they don't want to be. Assure them that this venture cannot succeed without their input and that they don't have to have any technical experience to participate.
