Overview

Create content, select audiences and schedule delivery to increase visitor responses through targeted message delivery.

Adding New Content

To add new content to your site, select one of the content options from the New drop menu.

Page

Pages allow you to publish free form content. They're a great way to organize and publish relatively static content like contact information, hours of operation, departmental information, staff and available services.

Album

Albums allow you to publish a collection of images. Create group directories. Promote upcoming or past events. Showcase your facilities. The possibilities are endless.

Blog

Blogs allow you to publish serial content like a collection of stories, departmental news, or weekly thoughts and challenges. Blogs help you stay in front of visitors by allowing them to subscribe to automatically receive new posts on their smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktop computers every time you publish.

Posts don't have to be long, but they should be regular. The more often you publish, the better opportunity you have to build a following. If you can't publish daily, weekly or at least bi-weekly, consider starting a corporate blog where a number of people contribute. Depending on your staff and corporate organization, you may consider grouping content by subject, department or important personalities.

Calendar

Calendars allow you to increase participation and build excitement in your organization by publicizing what's happening. We've included the additional benefit of publishing events on your site using a format that allows visitors to easily discover and add your events to their own personal calendars.

Form

Forms allow you to get to know your visitors better by giving them the opportunity to share feedback, request information or sign up to participate. We've included the additional benefit of saving form responses back to your site for easy review and analysis.

Podcast

Podcasts allow you to publish serial audio or video content like a collection of stories, departmental news, or weekly thoughts and challenges. They're a lot like blogs in that they help you stay in front of visitors by allowing them to subscribe to automatically receive new episodes on their smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktop computers; however, they have the additional overhead of producing quality audio and video.

Research shows that shorter video episodes around four or five minutes are generally watched more often than longer episodes. If your content is significantly longer, consider publishing in audio format or breaking it up into multiple episodes.

As with blogs, you'll want to produce new episodes regularly. The more often you publish, the better opportunity you have to build a following. If you can't publish daily, weekly or at least bi-weekly, consider starting a corporate podcast where a number of people contribute. Depending on your staff and corporate organization, you may consider grouping content by subject, department or important personalities.
